Cambodia breast milk: The debate over mothers selling milk

29 Mar Cambodia's Cabinet has ordered the country's Health Ministry to “immediately prevent the purchasing and exporting of breast milk”. I'm pretty sure it's a reference to a Chappelle show sketch where he parodies " Making the Band," he plays ravs.info, and tells the contestants to do menial tasks like getting him sugar cookies and the finest breast milk from Cambodian immigrants. ravs.info 10 Aug Here's a man so bored that he has to send his protégés to northern New Jersey to take a picture of a balloon-wielding midget, or to secure breast milk from a Cambodian immigrant. Advertisement. The protégés themselves don't really register, which makes any time spent away from Diddy rather dull.

  • 29 Mar Some Cambodian mothers have been selling their breast milk to women in the US, in a controversial practice that has now been banned. But the case has raised questions about whether these women have been exploited, or empowered, by this enterprise.

I didn't like the question voice. I thought it took away from the humanity of your voice.

All in all I would say it was fairly comprehensive, there was never really a focus on virginity or abstinence.

I personally think young people should be educated on sex more. It's not harmful to them, as long as we teach them about condoms and having safe sex. I also think everyone should know more about Lichen sclerosus (LS), a medical condition that I didn't even know about until a friend of mine got it. It can cause white patches on the skin, especially genital skin. Lindsey, could you please do a video on it soon? I want to educate more people on it!

No matter what subject, or who you are talking to, if open, clear, and consistent communication is a goal passive aggressive language and actions have no place and only help to close potential avenues of communication.

I've heard of the fuckorama! My old boss told me that for a while at a medical school she knew, the students were required to watch it so they'd be able to answer their patients questions without surprise/disgust/shame. She believes that pastors and other religious professionals should also consider watching it so when people want to ask moral questions about sex, they can answer them the same way. I completely forgot about that conversation until this video. Thank you!

This is giving into delusional ideas that being male and female is the same or that the categories are harmful to us as an entire species.

It's easy to see that along the spectrum this lady clearly favors the highest possible degree of sexual liberation. She is positively giddy when discussing it. However, all she mentions is pleasure. Is she not aware that children come from these unions? They are never mentioned, because in her world, procreation and pleasure are two completely unconnected concepts. Obviously they weren't to these indigenous people long before contraception. Research shows that a child does best with a loving mother and father bonded by marriage. But don't let those pesky facts get in the way of gleefully praising promiscuity.
